A luxury 3 bedroom Bali Villa
Built on three levels the design fuses the unique Balinese architectural style with a contemporary design incorporating all the luxuries and comfort of modern living to create a stunning combination. All the rooms are fully air conditioned and have high quality finishings.
The main lounge is contemporary in style and enjoys through views to the pool area. It’s soaring wooden roof above marble floors, ceiling fans and gentle breezes keep this area cool. The living area is tastefully furnished with soft rattan lounge suites, scatter cushions, solid teak handmade furniture, colourful lamps and abstract artwork. It is open plan through to the dining area which leads onto a separate study/TV room with satellite TV, DVD/CD player. A well equipped kitchen; with marble work top, a five-burner gas hob, gas oven, a refrigerator/freezer, water dispenser, shelves, storage cupboards, and a good range of utensils.
The three bedrooms are all on different levels offering a high level of individual privacy. The stunning Master bedroom on the lower level overlooking the river is in Balinese style and comes complete with private massage room. Air-conditioned, feature wooden floors, Super-King size four poster bed, 5 star mattress, large comfy daybed, shelf unit, chest of drawers, wardrobe with safety box and table lamps. Crisp white bed linen accessorized with natural bed runners and cushions. The patio doors lead you to the lower garden overlooking the river. Extremely private it comes complete with traditional Bale (pagoda) and smaller pool. Traditional stone paving and lush plantation complete the natural ambience. A wonderful place to take afternoon drinks. The en-suite bathroom has the option of being open-air or enclosed, terrazzo Jacuzzi bath with overhead raindrop shower, a terrazzo vanity unit, ’his and hers’ washbasins, a toilet, a hairdryer, and a large wall mirror.
The upper bedroom and ground level bedrooms are of a contemporary style and have high quality en suite bathrooms featuring sunken baths and large shower rooms with views over the river and rice paddies. The stylish ground level bedroom boasts a King size bed with canopy and can be converted into two single beds, 5 star mattresses, fitted wardrobes with safety box, tall chest of drawers, corner seating area with cushions and scatter cushions, finally a desk and chair.
The upper level bedroom features a soaring wooden roof, King-size four poster bed, 5 star mattress, fitted wardrobes with safety box, tall chest of drawers, corner seating area with cushions and scatter cushions plus a desk and chair.
The garden is on two levels. The upper ground level has a private pool, large adjacent decked area with sun loungers and wooden table and chairs with an umbrella. Patio areas with lush planting and Balinese style water features. There is ample seating and lounge areas as well as a covered terrace which hosts a bar.
