Built on three levels the villa is a stunning combination of unique Balinese architectural style with all the luxuries and comfort of modern living. All the rooms are fully air conditioned and have high quality furnishings.

Living Space

The contemporary main lounge enjoys views to the pool area. A wooden roof soars above marble floors while ceiling fans and gentle breezes keep the area cool. The living area is tastefully decorated with soft rattan lounge suites, scatter cushions, solid teak handmade furniture, lamps and abstract artwork.

The open plan design leads through to the dining area and to a separate study/TV room with satellite TV, DVD/CD player. The well-equipped kitchen features marble worktops, a five-burner gas hob, gas oven, a refrigerator/freezer, water dispenser, and a good range of utensils and storage.

Luxury Bali Villa Bedrooms

The three bedrooms are on different levels offering individual privacy.

The stylish ground level bedroom boasts a king size bed with canopy that can be converted into two single beds with 5-star mattresses. While the upper level bedroom features a towering wooden ceiling and a king size four poster bed with a 5-star mattress.

Both rooms are stylishly decorated with contemporary furniture including, fitted wardrobes with safety box, tall chest of drawers, corner seating area with cushions and scatter cushions together with a desk and chair. They also have high quality en suite bathrooms featuring sunken baths and large shower rooms with views over the river and rice paddies.

Luxury Bali Villa Master Suite

The stunning master bedroom on the lower level overlooks the river. Air-conditioned and decorated in a Balinese style it also has a private massage room. The super-king four-poster bed with its crisp white bed linen is beautifully accessorised with bed runners and cushions. The 5-star mattress ensures a superb night’s rest. This spacious room also has a chest of drawers, wardrobe with safety box and table lamps and a large relaxing daybed.

The en-suite bathroom has the option of being open-air or enclosed. There is a terrazzo jacuzzi bath with overhead raindrop shower, vanity unit, ‘his and hers’ washbasins plus a hairdryer and a large wall mirror.

Beautiful Balinese Gardens

The garden is on two levels. From the master suite patio doors open onto the lower garden. Extremely private it comes complete with traditional Balinese bale or pagoda and a small pool. Traditional stone paving and lush plantation complete the natural ambience. A wonderful place to take afternoon drinks.

The upper ground level garden has a private pool, large adjacent decked area with sun loungers and wooden table and chairs with an umbrella. Patio areas with planting and Balinese style water features, provide ample seating and lounge` areas as well as a covered terrace which hosts a bar.
